2008 event information
The Bowraville Hinterland Festival will be held on the 11th & 12th of October.
The festival is held in the beautiful sunny Nambucca Valley on the Mid North Coast, located halfway between Brisbane and Sydney.  Our Hinterland town is surrounded by forests, farmland and national parks and is within 15 minutes drive of some of the most pristine beaches on the coast.

Bowraville was once the cedar getting capital of the area and welcomes all to a day of music, arts and crafts, games and activities, sideshows and stalls; with something for everyone.  Try your luck at activities the whole family can enjoy, watch the parade of floats, see the wood-chopping and sample our local cuisine.

Bowraville is a town of contrast with a main street lined with footpaths shaded by verandahs, museums, art galleries and a treasure trove of Aboriginal art and culture.

Come for a day and stay for a lifetime!
